We are happy to clean the chalet during your stay. Just let us know what your preferences are.

Childcare, themed weeks and activity programme as well as trial climbing and other activities can be added, subject to availability.

We kindly request that you inform us of any allergies and intolerances so that we can make suitable arrangements for breakfast and any dinners you book.

Once you have booked, you will receive access to our digital guest folder so that you can acquire an initial impression of us and Lesachtal Valley in the comfort of your own home.

We would be delighted to welcome your four-legged friend, but request that you inform us in advance. Please let us know during the booking process. We charge €20 per day (without food). You must take out dog liability insurance to cover any possible damage. Please understand that your four-legged friend cannot be allowed into the dining rooms in the main house or the wellness area.

Feel free to settle your chalet bill in advance or on site in cash, by debit or credit card (Visa).

When you make a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the holiday price must be transferred within 10 days.
